Our Design Process
Step 1. Submit Initial Request
Use our online form to submit your request for a package or a la carte design work.
Step 2. Account Manager Assigned
You will be assigned an account manager who will act as your advocate and primary contact throughout the design process.
Step 3. 1-on-1 Power Session
This powerful consultation session allows your account manager to understand and assess your needs and wants in order to provide valuable information that will be incorporated into the designs.
Step 4. Internal Meeting
The account manager communicates your needs to the design team.
Step 5. Present Initial Design Concepts
Your design concepts will be presented to you online through our proprietary Client Extranet. You will log into the extranet to view the design concepts, and then give feedback to the account manager.
Step 6. Revisions Made
At your request, revisions are made to the design until you are happy with the final product. Communication occurs through our Client Extranet as well as directly between you and your account manager.
Step 7. Design Finalized
Design is finalized and proofed using client extranet |
